December 9, 10 - Here Comes Santa Claus
  • Sat - Day for Children:
    • Breakfast with Santa, 8-10 am at Royal Cafe, call 733-9074
    • Elves Workshop 10:00-11:30 am at Sons of Norway, reservations required 733-9050
    • Lunch with Santa, noon to 2:00 pm at The Cottage on Broad, call 733-4376
    • Children's Matinee at 2:00 pm, Story Theatre/Grand Opera House
    • Santa Visits Downtown on the Fire Truck after the Matinee
  • Merry Christmas from Story City* - Week 3, display at Wierson's Furniture
  • Saturday - St Petri Church Advent Breakfast - 9:30 am
  • Sunday - Live Nativity at Grace Church, 624 Elm
  • Sunday 2:00 pm - Community Band Concert at High School Audituroium. Weather permitting Santa & Mrs. Claus will attend. Gifts for the children. Free will donation for Katrina disaster or Stratford Tornado needs.
  • Community Blood Drive, Friday 11:45 am to 5:45 pm, Sons of Norway, 503 Elm

December 16, 17 - I'll Be Home for Christmas
  • Merry Christmas from Story City* -Week 4, display at Short & Co/Randall-Story State Bank
  • Kate's blue ribbon breads at Evergreen Wishes
December 23, 24 - We Wish You a Merry Christmas
  • Special Store Hours on December 24th
November 25-December 16: Merchant Wreath Voting
November 25-December 3: Gingerbread House Contest at The Cottage on Broad
November 25-December 11: Festival of Miniature Trees @ Carousel Antique Mall - bid on your favorite tree with proceeds to go to your favorite charity.
